Sedgwick & Brattles’s team is here to assist you throughout your order process. We are a New York based showroom and ship from different warehouses throughout the US. At this time, we are only able to ship within the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Because we ship from multiple locations shipping methods and lead times vary depending on each product and items may arrive in more than one box. 

 

Delivery

White glove service can be requested for select items, please reach out to our team in order to request a specific delivery method. Other delivery methods include FedEx, UPS, & Curbside. Please be aware that you may need to coordinate delivery details prior to completing your order

 

Custom Items

Sedgwick & Brattle offers a wide array of customization on our products. Lead times will be determined after a request is submitted, and a quote is provided by our sales team. All custom items are final sale. 

 

Local Pick Up

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick up from our showroom, but customers are more than welcome to visit us by appointment to view product and or place an order in store
